The Real Estate Market in Gardner, Kansas Could Stall This Fall - Here Is Why!

The Real Estate Market in Gardner, Kansas Could Stall This Fall - Here Is Why!

The USDA Guaranteed Mortgage Loan is set to be removed from Gardner, Kansas this fall. Why does it matter?

Gardner is one of the few communities in Johnson County, Kansas that a home buyer can get a zero down mortgage loan. Gardner has seen much of its growth due to affordable housing and financing. Take away the financing component and will it be enough for home buyers to be lured from Overland Park, Olathe and Lenexa, Kansas?

I'm thinking the real estate market in Gardner will become stagnant this winter as home buyers pursue other communities where the USDA Mortgage Loan will be available.

If you're thinking of selling your home in Gardner, there maybe a small window to sell while the home buyers are out there buying.
